This patient required a full mouth reconstruction due to extensive wear from severe bruxism, resulting in a retrograde tooth wear pattern. The treatment included using tooth and implant-supported monolithic zirconia crowns, adjusting the vertical dimension of occlusion, and increasing the lower third facial height. Additionally, we corrected a deep overbite to enhance both functionality and aesthetics. The patient was thrilled with the renewed smile, and we were proud to help achieve such a positive outcome.
